In the event of Bhutan tour booked and subsequently cancelled by you, your full tour cost will be refunded to you after deducting the following scale of charges depending on when the notification of your tour cancellation is received:<\/strong><\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>if notification of your tour cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to your travel date, 5 % of your Bhutan tour cost shall be deducted as cancellation charges.<\/li><li>if notification of your tour cancellation is received less than 30 days but more than 15 days prior to your travel date, 10 % of your Bhutan tour cost shall be deducted as cancellation charges.<\/li><li>If notification of your tour cancellation is received less than 15 days prior to your travel date, 20% of your Bhutan trip cost shall be deducted as cancellation charges.<\/li><li>If you cancel your tour less than 5 days prior to your travel date ,30%\u00a0of your Bhutan trip cost shall be deducted as cancellation charges.<\/li><li>If you cancel your trip\u00a0 after your arrival in Bhutan, 50% of the cost of your remaining days in Bhutan shall be deducted as cancellation charges.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There will be no charges applied if you prepone or postpone your tour.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Airlines Fare Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>90%\u00a0refund\u00a0permitted for the ticket\u00a0cancelled\u00a0more than 30 days from the first date of travel.\u00a0<\/li><li>75%\u00a0refund\u00a0permitted for the ticket\u00a0cancelled\u00a0from 10-29 days from the first date of travel.\u00a0<\/li><li>50%\u00a0refund\u00a0permitted for the\u00a0tickets\u00a0cancelled\u00a0from 04-09 days from the first date of travel.\u00a0<\/li><li>\u00a0if less than 03 days\u00a0refund\u00a0is\u00a0not permitted .<\/li><li>\u00a0Rescheduled ticket not permitted for\u00a0refund.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Bhutanese Visa\u00a0&amp; Bhutanese visa cost:<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Who Needs a Visa to Travel to Bhutan?<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All international visitors require a\u00a0<strong>Bhutanese visa<\/strong>\u00a0to enter Bhutan, which must be processed through a\u00a0<strong>licensed Bhutanese travel operator<\/strong>\u00a0or directly through the\u00a0<strong>Department of Immigration,<\/strong>\u00a0Royal Government of Bhutan.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The only exceptions are citizens of\u00a0<strong>India, Bangladesh, and the Maldives<\/strong>, for whom separate visa processes and fees apply.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Visas must be obtained\u00a0<strong>in advance<\/strong>\u00a0of your Bhutan travel date. At present two carriers operate to Bhutan, Drukair and Bhutan Airlines. And there are domestic airports in Yonphula in eastern Bhutan, Bumthang in central Bhutan, and Gelephu in south-central Bhutan.
